John Kerry is attacking the President for not having proper troop levels and now for not having the proper supplies for the troops that were there - sounds like a good line of attack, right?

Unfortunately what it points out is that Senator Kerry failed to learn the lesson of Vietnam, despite his claims to the contrary. Frankly that is because he learned the WRONG lesson of Vietnam!

I have explained before that the lesson of Vietnam was that you don't fight a war from Washington! You don't micromanage your battles and you let the military do what it must in order to win. Your fight in Washington is against the left and their constant abuse of the media for propaganda purposes.

John Kerry, like the French he is so fond of, claims the lesson of Vietnam was not to send troops into a war without an exit strategy! He claims he has learned that lesson and the President hasn't! John Kerry managed to learn the cut an run lesson, and learn it well he did!

Had John Kerry been a candidate during WWII we would have lost - or he would have been tried and punished as a traitor! There is no doubt in my mind that this would have happened - of course betting that John Kerry wouldn't have flipped or flopped to a pro-war attitude to meet the post Pearl Harbor opinion polls would be a bad bet!

In Russia Putin thinks the terrorists are supporting Kerry, or at least actively attempting to oust President Bush!

Moveon pac has their new ad that claims 4 years ago a mistake was made and we can correct that on election day! Is it really a good idea to accuse half of the voters, those who elected the President of making a mistake? Despite their looney beliefs Bush did win the election!
