Obviously, it's not that bad - but Wednesday's high temperature was the coldest ever for August 11. The previous record was 65 degrees set back in 1912. Things will start to get better as we head toward the weekend. In the meantime, keep the jackets handy. You may even need the umbrella for a couple of pop-up showers again on Thursday.
